Citrus Hotel Lonavala, Lonavala

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were stuffy with odors from the bathroom seeping in, and smaller than expected from the pictures. However, in just 15 or 16 minutes, thanks to Kartik, my work was made easy.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with entertainment options like carrom, chess, and table tennis. The rooms are simple yet beautifully enhanced with appealing light effects. The service, led by Dev, was very good and efficient, even charging less than the actual amount in the billing. The offbeat location, though a bit odd within lanes, is conveniently close to Mumbai NH4 Highway and Lonavala Market, providing a calm residential setting near the main market. The dining experience was a good bargain, with particularly delicious South Indian options. Overall, a value-for-money choice with friendly service and enjoyable facilities.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although small and with a cigarette smell, were clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel has a good location but lacks proper street lighting. The dining was enjoyable with a variety of options; however, the facility had some drawbacks.
